About Our Medical Care

PHC's patient care philosophy focuses on providing thorough, professional, affordable treatment to our patients through a team approach. Our provider teams include physicians, clinical pharmacists, resident physicians, faculty, nurses, medical assistants, and behavioral health professionals that are familiar with their patients’ medical history and current needs. We believe that this team approach allows us  to promote optimum health and well-being for our patients.
At PHC we believe that healthcare is a right and we never turn anyone away because of an inability to pay. We accept a variety of different insurance plans and we off a sliding fee scale for qualified patients. Our sliding fee scale allows us to adjust us to adjust charges for health care services based on income and family size.

Urgent Care

In addition to our regular appointments, we also have several same-day appointments available for our established patients. If you have established care with one of our providers and need urgent care, call at 8 a.m. and we will make every effort to schedule you an appointment that day.
If you are new to PHC and need urgent care, call us and we will do our best to serve you as quickly as possible. Please view our new patient forms and instructions before you arrive.

For after hours care, call 406-258-4789 and you will be connected with our on call provider.

Living Life Well Workshops

Women's profile sitting at the table.
Living Life Well (LLW) is a self-management program for people with chronic health conditions. The workshops empower participants to take an active role in managing their health.

Sessions meet once a week for six weeks, with each session lasting two and a half hours. The workshops are free and participants are encouraged to bring family members and other support people. Participants learn the skills needed in the day-to-day management of long-term health conditions such as arthritis, cancer, diabetes, and other chronic conditions. We address challenges common to long-term health conditions such as pain, fatigue, difficult emotions, and physical limitations.

Participants who have completed a workshop series demonstrated significant improvements in exercise; ability to do social and household activities; less depression, fear, and frustration or worry about their health; reduction in symptoms like pain; and increased confidence in their ability to manage their condition.

Our next workshop begins May 13th and is completely free of charge.  Click here to register now!
  • This session will be held over Zoom and occur on Thursdays from 9:30am - 12:00pm for 6 weeks.

Would you like more information or to register over the phone? We would love to hear from you.  Please call our team at 406-258-4167.

Partnership Health Center respectfully acknowledges that we occupy the traditional homelands of the Séliš, Qĺispé, and Ktunaxa-Ksanka nations. We also recognize that these lands are a site of trade, medicine gathering, healing, and travel for other Native tribes in the area and is still home for many Indigenous people. We extend our gratitude for those who have stewarded this land since time immemorial.

We acknowledge that the health care system has played a role in the oppression of Indigenous peoples. We commit to ongoing learning about the impact of colonization on the health and wellbeing of Indigenous peoples, and we commit to meaningful action that reverses health inequities.
