About Our Medical Care

Partnership Health Center's patient care philosophy focuses on providing thorough, professional, affordable treatment to our patients through a team approach.  Our provider teams include physicians, clinical pharmacists, resident physicians, faculty, nurses, medical assistants, and behavioral health professionals that are familiar with their patients’ medical history and current needs.  We believe that this team approach allows us to promote optimum health and wellbeing for our patients.
At PHC we believe that health care is a right and we never turn anyone away because of an inability to pay.  We accept a variety of insurance plans and  offer a sliding fee scale for qualified patients.

Our sliding fee scale allows us to adjust charges for health care services based on income and family size.  Bring your income information to your first appointment to see if you qualify.

Same Day Access for Established Patients

In addition to our regular appointments, we also have several same-day appointments available for established patients. If you have established care with one of our providers and need same day access to care, call first thing in the morning, and we will make every effort to get you an appointment that day.
If you are new to PHC and need same day care, call us and we will do our best to get you in as quickly as possible. You may complete forms online. Please call 406-258-4789 or click here to schedule online.”

For after hours care, call 406-258-4789 and you will be connected with our on call provider.

Partnership Health Center respectfully acknowledges that we occupy the traditional homelands of the Séliš, Qĺispé, and Ktunaxa-Ksanka nations. We also recognize that these lands are a site of trade, medicine gathering, healing, and travel for other Native tribes in the area and is still home for many Indigenous people. We extend our gratitude for those who have stewarded this land since time immemorial.

We acknowledge that the health care system has played a role in the oppression of Indigenous peoples. We commit to ongoing learning about the impact of colonization on the health and wellbeing of Indigenous peoples, and we commit to meaningful action that reverses health inequities.
