About Our Medical Care
PHC's patient care philosophy focuses on providing thorough, professional, affordable treatment to our patients through a team approach. Our provider teams include physicians, clinical pharmacists, resident physicians, faculty, nurses, medical assistants, and behavioral health professionals that are familiar with their patients’ medical history and current needs. We believe that this team approach allows us to promote optimum health and well-being for our patients.
|
At PHC we believe that healthcare is a right and we never turn anyone away because of an inability to pay. We accept a variety of different insurance plans and we off a sliding fee scale for qualified patients. Our sliding fee scale allows us to adjust us to adjust charges for health care services based on income and family size.

Urgent Care
In addition to our regular appointments, we also have several same-day appointments available for our established patients. If you have established care with one of our providers and need urgent care, call at 8 a.m. and we will make every effort to schedule you an appointment that day.

If you are new to PHC and need urgent care, call us and we will do our best to serve you as quickly as possible. Please view our new patient forms and instructions before you arrive.
For after hours care, call 406-258-4789 and you will be connected with our on call provider. |
Prenatal Care
At Partnership Health Center our goal is to ensure the health and wellbeing of every mother and baby. Our welcoming staff will support you through each stage of your pregnancy and birth. You will work with a dedicated care team that includes a family practice faculty physician, a resident physician, and a registered nurse. The nurse is available during clinic hours to answer calls and texts, and same day appointments are available when concerns arise.
All of our mothers give birth at Community Hospital. After you deliver, you and your baby can continue to receive care at Partnership Health Center for all of your well-child, post-partum, and primary care needs.
