Partnership Health Center’s board has made the decision to close our Superior clinic. While medical care is already available at Mineral Community Hospital and at PHC in Missoula, dental services and behavioral health care were being provided in Superior. Our last day for dental care will be December 30, 2021. In spite of this change, we remain dedicated to ensuring you receive great care. In this letter, you will find more information about next steps.
In Missoula, we have a wide range of services. These include primary medical care, dental care, behavioral health, pharmacy, a sliding fee scale and insurance assistance, social work, pharmacy services, and more. Our website has this information! Visit www.partnershiphealthcenter.com to learn more. We can schedule in-person, phone, or video appointments. If you should ever need help getting to Missoula for an in-person appointment at PHC, we have ways to help!

Lastly, we are excited to share that all PHC Superior employees will continue to have jobs with PHC. They will work remotely in the same roles for PHC. We feel incredibly lucky to have them at PHC, distantly, as we serve Mineral and Missoula Counties.
