Patient Family Advisory Council:
Where your questions, comments and concerns about PHC are heard!
What is the PFAC? A monthly meeting of PHC patients, their caregivers (families, friends and staff of facilities that support PHC patients) and PHC Staff. We love hearing feedback about our work and services, and the PFAC is a critical component of that!
When do the PFAC meetings take place? The last Friday of the month from 12:00pm - 1:00pm
How do I get involved? PFAC meetings will take place over Zoom, for safety reasons, until further notice. Please email Toffer Lehnherr at Lehnherrc@phc.missoula.mt.us to learn more or sign up. Don't have an email account? No problem. Please call Eric Halverson at 406-258-4361.
