About Our Behavioral Health Services

PHC offers an integrated behavioral health (IBH) service within our health center. Our IBH clinicians are licensed mental health providers or are provisionally-licensed clinicians supervised by a licensed mental health provider. The best way to get connected to our integrated behavioral health services is through a warm hand-off at your first or next medical visit.

IBH can be helpful for a number of reasons, including and not limited to:
  • Stress, worry, and adjustment
  • Emotional functioning
  • Symptoms of depression, anxiety, and                  posttraumatic stress
  • Substance use
  • Chronic pain
  • Insomnia and other sleep concerns
  • Lifestyle goals
  • Child behavior
  • Parenting support

We offer individual and group behavioral health services. Here is our current group offering:
  • Mindfulness Group
  • LGBTQ+ Group
  • Healthy Lifestyle Group
  • Sobriety Skills Group
  • Living Well with Chronic Pain
  • IMAT Group
  • OB IMAT Group
  • DBT Skills Training for Teens; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, Parent/Caregiver Skills Training

No-Show & Cancellation Policy

Because behavioral health appointments are in high demand, we request that you give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We find for patients with consistent appointment no-shows or cancellations it is best to move to a same-day appointment. Your healthcare team will discuss this with you if this option appears to be the right fit.

Partnership Health Center respectfully acknowledges that we occupy the traditional homelands of the Séliš, Qĺispé, and Ktunaxa-Ksanka nations. We also recognize that these lands are a site of trade, medicine gathering, healing, and travel for other Native tribes in the area and is still home for many Indigenous people. We extend our gratitude for those who have stewarded this land since time immemorial.

We acknowledge that the health care system has played a role in the oppression of Indigenous peoples. We commit to ongoing learning about the impact of colonization on the health and wellbeing of Indigenous peoples, and we commit to meaningful action that reverses health inequities.
