All kindness, no judgement.

Every person has a unique health and wellness journey. We work with you as partners on that journey, and we treat all patients with compassion, kindness and respect.

Clear, actionable steps after every appointment.

At PHC, you’ll leave every appointment – including the very first one – with clear steps to address your concerns, overcome challenges, and make progress toward your goals.

How to Schedule a Behavioral Health Appointment

Everyone is welcome at PHC – all ages, all backgrounds, all people – regardless of ability to pay.

  • Call (406) 258-4789 for individual therapy or group workshops, or with any general questions about PHC Behavioral Health.
  • Already scheduled for a medical, dental or pharmacy visit at PHC? We can meet you there. During any appointment at PHC, simply ask to connect with a Behavioral Health provider and a member of our team will connect with you during that same appointment.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy appointments are one-on-one meetings with a compassionate behavioral health clinician.

Your provider will listen to you carefully and can help you address concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship challenges, reaching lifestyle goals, and more. Individual appointments are available in-person or through telehealth.

Telehealth

Accessing therapy should be easy. Telehealth Behavioral Health appointments mean you can access care from a location that is most convenient for you.  All you need is access to the internet and a device such as a smartphone, tablet or computer.

To schedule a telehealth appointment, call our main line at (406) 258-4789.

School-Based Behavioral Health

PHC partners with Missoula County Public Schools to offer on-site behavioral health services. Students are able to see a PHC provider with little disruption to their schedule. At these sites, PHC staff can also connect families to medical care, dental care, health insurance, food resources, and housing resources.

Current schools include: Lowell Elementary School, Franklin Elementary School, C.S. Porter Middle School, and Willard Alternative High School.

If you have a child at one of these schools and would like to learn more, please contact the front office at your school.

Our Model of Care

Whole-Person Care

For too long, healthcare has focused on one aspect of your health at a time: your teeth, your body, your mind, and so on. But at PHC, we know that these different parts of your health are linked to one another. That’s why we offer a patient-centered, whole-person care model that considers all aspects of your health and wellbeing.

When you access multiple services at PHC, our expert team works together to ensure your care is carefully coordinated to best support you and your unique needs. That means that your doctor, therapist, pharmacist, dentist (and many other members of our staff) will team up to create a care plan that considers all aspects of your health and makes your patient experience as seamless and stress-free as possible.

Affordable Healthcare for All

Cost should never be a barrier to care. We use a sliding fee scale to adjust charges for care based on your household income (in other words, if you make less, you pay less.) Call us at (406) 258-4789 or click the link below to learn more about our commitment to serving all people, regardless of ability to pay.
