Please Call Us At (406) 258-4789 To Schedule If...

  • You need to schedule with Dental, Behavioral Health, or other non-Medical services
  • You cannot receive a text message
  • You want to transfer care to a different provider
  • You need a specialty appointment (procedure, IMAT, psychiatric provider, etc.)
  • Do not see an availability/provider that works for you
  • Need to schedule at a satellite (Lowell, Seeley, Poverello, Food Bank, etc.)

Same-Day Access for Established Patients

In addition to our regular appointments, we also have several same-day appointments available for established patients. If you have established care with one of our providers and need same day access to care, call first thing in the morning at (406) 258-4789, and we will make every effort to get you an appointment that day.

If you are new to PHC and need same day care, call us and we will do our best to get you in as quickly as possible. It’s helpful if you fill out your forms before your appointment. 

For after hours care, call (406) 258-4789 and you will be connected with our on call provider.
