About Our Pharmacy
Partnership Health Center offers a full service, open-door pharmacy to our patients as well as the public. We accept most forms of insurance. Our pharmacists are easily accessible and happy to answer any of your medication questions or discuss your individual situation. Over-the-counter medications are available. Although our selection is limited by space, we can order specific items as needed.
|
As a Federally Qualified Health Center, our organization is eligible to purchase medications at a discount through the federal 340(b) pricing program. When you fill your eligible prescription with us, we pass these savings on to you.
|
InsuranceWe accept most insurance plans. We also use a sliding fee scale and have a medication assistance program to help you with the cost of your prescriptions.
Medication Assistance Program (MAP): If you do not have insurance or are underinsured, our MAP technicians may be able to help you qualify for assistance through a manufacturer program. Please note that not every medication has a help program. Speak with one of our MAP technicians to see if any of your medications have a help program. Sliding Fee Scale: We also use a sliding fee scale to help you save money. Visit with one of our eligibility technicians to see how you may qualify for discounts. Vertical Divider
